Hyva Pacific Ltd offer a full range of tried and tested hookloaders to suit any application. Constructed from high yield steels the hookloaders offer design and strength and weight benefits to maximise stability and payload.

The Hyva hookloader models extend from the 8 tonne City hooklifts right up to SemiTrailer mounted 30 tonnes lift models used in heavy duty applications.

All Hyvalift hookloaders include main lift cylinder load holding valves as standard, limited electrical interlocks and the 20 tonne lift models have large 80mm piston rods which guarantee to pick up the heaviest loads quickly and safety.

Additional options include frame mounted weighing cells, Radio Remote Controls and tarping Systems.

Hyva hookloader safety latch — All models fitted with a swinging Safety Latch and 20 tonne models are available with a manually adjustable dual height pick up hook.

Hyva rollers on frame — Rollers on the frame and Pedestal guides for quiet, smooth bin loading.

Hyva electric valve — Standard Rear Locks fitted with electric valve to prevent damage when demounting a bin.

Hyva rear bin locks — Hydraulic Rear Bin Locks as Standard with Inside and front Lock options.

Hyva fail safe mechanical spring — Fail Safe mechanical Spring loaded peg to lock upper & Lower Frame together for tipping.

Hyva pneumatic controls — Simple pneumatic In cab Controls and indicator lights with external hydraulic override option. Safety Timers to suit Live Drive Pto’s and In cab Emergency Stop Button
